We are organizing a Dinner to help raise money for the Red Cross.
Reservations recommended.
Saint Tropez and all staff members would like to make a contribution
to the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
With your help, we can make a generous donation.
The menu will be $100 per person including selected wine.

PLEASE NOTE THAT 100% OF THE MONEY RECEIVED, INCLUDING ALL GRATUITIES,
WILL BE DONATED TO THE RED CROSS
FOR THE VICTIMS OF HURRICANE KATRINA.

Etienne has put together a creole menu including:
